PHILLIPS - George W. Of Williamsville, entered into rest May 5, 2018. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Lilley) Phillips; devoted father of John (Marianne) Phillips, James (Susan) Phillips, and Janice (late Mark) Gentz; cherished grandfather of Kevin (Melissa) Phillips, Jason (Jennifer) Phillips, Adam (Bonnie) Phillips, Sarah (Josh) Rivera, and the late Jennifer Phillips; adored great-grandfather of Joey, Caitlyn, Emily, Alyssa, Andre, Cameron, Julianna, and Parker; loving son of the late George and Florence Phillips; dear brother of Richard Phillips and the late Barbara Simonton; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at Cleveland Heights Christian Church, 4774 Union Rd., Cheektowaga, on Thursday (May 17) at 4 PM.
