REW - Gordon R. Of Amherst, entered into rest March 2, 2023 peacefully at his home under Hospice Care. Beloved husband of 56 years to Arlene (nee Freiheit) Rew; devoted father of David (late Laurie) Rew and Pamela (Ralph) Licht; cherished grandpa of Kirsten, Andrea, Shelby, and Garrett; adored great-grandpa of 3; loving son of the late Howard Rew and the late Shirley(late Joseph) Sciolino; dear brother of Shirley Jean (Ronald) Capozzi, Howard (Joan) Rew, and Michael Sciolino; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., Wednesday (March 8th) from 5-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow.
