STOLL - Gordon W. Of Buffalo, NY entered into rest February 8, 2022; beloved husband of Josie and previously to the late Deanna Stoll; adored father of Mary Ellen (Michael) Wagner and Robert (Sue) Stoll; devoted grandfather of Derek, Kyle, Will and Michael; loving stepfather of Tammy (Raymond) Beger; revered step-grandfather of Kelly and Steven Beger. Family and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert, Amherst on Tuesday from 4 8PM where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 9 oclock AM. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Gordons honor to Hospice Buffalo. Gordon was a graduate of the old Buffalo Technical High School where he studied advertising art. After serving in the Army during the Korean War, he got his professional start working in a small agency where he honed his craft. He went on to work in several of Buffalos major agencies starting with J.G. Kelly Agency as a senior art director, followed by a 17 year career as vice president and executive art director for the Weil, Levy and King Agency and lastly, as associate creative director for the Healy Schutte Agency. Gordon followed his agency career starting his own business as a free-lance designer and illustrator. Throughout almost all of these years, he enjoyed a most gratifying relationship acting also as the designer of product packaging for the multiple enterprises of both the Connor and Carr families of Buffalo. Mr. Stoll was a member of the Art Directors and Communicators of Buffalo and received numerous awards from the advertising community. Share online condolences at www.lombardofuneralhome.com
