Grace J. Campanella

CAMPANELLA, Grace J. (nee Asarese) of Hamburg, entered into rest December 28, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Michael W. Campanella; devoted mother of Susan Campanella, Nancy (Charles) Kawczynski, and the late John (Christine) Campanella; cherished grandmother of Julie (Jason) Figlar, Jennifer (Andrew) Kilmer, and Ashley (John) Bulger; adored great-grandmother to many; loving daughter of the late Alfonso and Theresa Asarese; dear sister of Carmella (late Jerome) Pogorzelski, Salvatore Asarese, late Jenny (late Andrew) Alberti, and the late Ottoviano “Tovie” Asarese; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Wednesday (December 31st) from 10-1 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Lake Church, 4737 Lake Shore Rd., Hamburg on a date and time to be announced. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Grace’s honor may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
