Beloved husband of Rosalinda (nee Pizarro) Rios; devoted father of Josue (Heidi) Rios, Cynthia (Carlos) Garcia and Rosa Amelia (Alexander) Serrano; cherished grandfather of Christian, Alexis, Juliana, Melanie, Adriana, Carlos Jr., Thalia, Zoe and Alexander Jr.; loving son of the late Leonides Rios and Adriana Montalvo; dear brother of Carmen Quintana, Alberto Quintana and Bautista Rios; also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd., on Thursday (May 12) from 9am-11am. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11am. Interment Pine Lawn Cemetery.
