Cherished grandmother of Anthony Carter Lee Wise. Loving son of the late Andrew Wise and May Frances Carter. Dear brother of Albert Andrew Wise, Arthur Holsey Wise, Mae Lou Scott, Judy Bridges, and Marion Douglas Wise. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd. on Monday from 6-8PM and Tuesday from 11-1PM. Military honors will take place at 11:45AM Tuesday, with a funeral service immeidately following. Interment Bath National Cemetery. Pursuant to NYS Gudielines, 33% occupancy will be observed.
