Vowinkel, Harlan George, 69, of Florida, formerly of Buffalo, entered into rest on June 27, 2024. Beloved father of Marissa Vincent; cherished grandfather of Mina Vincent-Groves and Paislee Wodzinski; loving son of the late Dr. Harland G. and Ethel M. (nee Geiselhart) Vowinkel; dear brother of Marlene (Brian) Filsinger; adored uncle of Dr. Daren Filsinger and Dr. Peter (Krista) Filsinger; also survived by relatives and friends. Harlan was a member of Moose Lodge #764, Southtowns Walleye Club, Teamsters Local 449, Northern Chatauqua Conversation Club and the NRA.
