BALEN - Helen F. (nee Przewlocki) Of Freeland, MI, formerly of Lackawanna, entered into rest December 22, 2017. Beloved wife of Mark L. Balen; devoted mother of Mark J. Balen and Alan R. (Tracy)Balen; cherished grandmother of Alan Michael Balen, Matthew Balen and Benjamin Balen; loving daughter of the late John and Sophie Przewlocki. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbot Rd., near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. where prayers will be held Friday morning at 8:15 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated in Our Lady of Victory Basilica at 9:15 o'clock. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
