DeSANTIS - Helen I. (nee Pendola) Of Lackawanna, entered into rest October 17, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Albert L. DeSantis; devoted mother of Albert (Jean) DeSantis, Maria (Gary) Cone, Anthony (Angela) DeSantis, Joseph (Patty) DeSantis and David (Sarah) DeSantis; cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Rocco and Grace Pendola; dear sister of Rocco Pendola and Ida Marcolini; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and many special neighbors. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where prayers will be said Saturday morning at 9 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony's Church, 10 o'clock. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mrs. DeSantis was a longtime member of St. Anthony's Altar & Rosary Society.
