Of Buffalo entered into rest September 11, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann T. Clarkson; devoted father of Charlene (Greg Kuminski) Clarkson, Darlene (Thomas Grote) Clarkson, Michael (April) Clarkson and Karen Clarkson; loving grandfather of Kayla, Vincent, Paige (Josh), Hannah (Brianna) and Elizabeth and great-grandfather to Antonio, Joseph, Joshua, Kal-el, Archie, and Noah; dear brother of Violet (Robert) Anderson, Donna (James) Mule, Antonina (John) Lomeo, and the late Mary Cornelius, Rose Andrews, and Beverly Shepard; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. 

Butch was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, and awesome father-in-law. He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Butch loved baseball, especially the Braves, and was active in many VFW posts. He had many friends throughout the neighborhood and will be missed by all. 

Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY 14226 on Friday, September 18 from 3-7, where a prayer service will immediately follow at 7PM. Inurnment WNY National Cemetery at a later date.
