DOLCE, Ignatius S. "Red" April 15, 1932 January 5, 2024 Of Buffalo, entered into rest January 5, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Sally C. (nee Barker) Dolce; devoted father of Sam (Linda Cavarella) Dolce, Rick (MaryAnne) Dolce, Bob (Liz) Dolce and Debbie (Larry) Colern; cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Samuel and Dora Dolce; dear brother of Rose (late Frank) McKissock, Phyllis (late John) Cardarelli and JoAnne (Joseph) McKissock; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Tuesday (January 9) from 4-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 767 Ridge Rd. (at the corner of South Park Ave.) on Wednesday morning at 9:15AM. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Dolce retired from the Army National Guard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ignatius name to the Alzheimers Association.
