AHRENS - Irene A. (nee Thompson) Entered into rest January 15, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Wesley J. Ahrens; devoted mother of Christine (Rick) Kanner, Diane Druzbik, Holly Korzen, Jamie Ahrens, and Julie (Tony) Sikorski; cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many; loving daughter of the late Ralph and Anna Thompson; predeceased by 2 brothers; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Wednesday from 3-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at the funeral home.
