Beloved wife of the late Joseph Osiak; devoted mother of Dennis (Linda) Osiak; cherished grandmother of Anna (Norman) Kwaizer, Joseph Osiak and Jacob Osiak; adored great-grandmother of Jackson Kwiazer; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. Irene was a member of the Matthew Glab and Leonard Post auxiliaries.
