Weimer, Irma R (nee Sauer) of Buffalo, NY. Entered into rest February 4, 2022. Beloved mother of Karen (Michael Dorsheimer), Nancy Hoelzl, David (Sally Kiyani) Weimer, and Michael Weimer. Cherished grandmother of Katy Dorsheimer (Andres Manamon), Timothy Dorsheimer (Maria Vayo), and Laura Hoelzl. Adored great grandmother of Saoirse, Oisin, and Leo Manamon. Sister-in-law of Pat Sauer. Loving aunt of several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Fred and Freda Sauer, brother Irving Sauer, and former husband Richard Weimer. Irma worked for many years for the NYS Insurance Fund as a claims investigator. She also was a longtime member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Tonawanda, NY. Irma fully enjoyed her many years of volunteer service at her church. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. A private funeral service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimers Association of WNY or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
