LIFFITON, Jack D. - December 25, 1938-February 3, 2024 Jack D. Liffiton of Amherst found peace on February 3, 2024. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Kathleen (nee Armstrong) Liffiton. Proud father of Timothy D. (Theresa) Liffiton, Sarah A. (Alan) Elia, Jonathan A. Liffiton, and Jeffrey A. (Beth) Liffiton. Loving Grampy to Madeline (Patrick) Kaleta, Emma Elia, Maxwell Liffiton, Thomas Elia, Isabelle Liffiton, Alison Elia, Gabrielle Liffiton, Charlotte Liffiton, Jax Liffiton and Great Grampy to Cooper Kaleta. Brother of the late Timothy K. Liffiton and Stacey (nee Liffiton) Bailey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited for one last 'session' with the 'Professor' at the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst (near Eggert Rd.) on Wednesday February 7th from 4-7PM. A Private Burial is being planned at Western New York National Cemetery. Jack was a United States Army Veteran.
