(late Walter) Oleksy and the late Naomi (late Patrick) O'Donnell, Carolee Scola and Milford (Arlene) Sallaz; close friend of Roberta (Jack) Meegan; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Jackie was a member of the Dom Polski Club, Dunkirk, the Kosciuszko Club and the Silver Creek Fire House.
