James J. Barbati May 7, 2024 Cherished son of John and Nellie (McWirter) Barbati, Beloved and devoted husband of Joanne Marie Barbati (Wilcox), loving step-father to Christina (Joe), Jason (Tiffany) and CJ (Jenifer) and dearly loved Grampi and Papa Jim to Isabella, Julianna, Jack and Ava. Jim is also survived by 2 sisters Judy Olson and Trisha Barbati, other Barbati family members and numerous friends. Jims life will be celebrated in a private ceremony. In honor of Jims dedication and love for children, Jims wife will establish a "Mr. B" scholarship in his name at Dodge Elementary School where he taught and was loved by his students for 35 years.
