BELL - James L. Of Buffalo entered into rest on June 14, 2019. Beloved husband of Vernell (nee Washington) Bell; devoted father of Toni, April, Mark (Danyelle), James and Charise; dear brother of Jeffery, Linda, Ruth and Edward; also survived by a loving host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Snyder Chapel), 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd., on Friday from 11 AM - 12 noon. A Funeral Service will immediately follow. James was a U.S. Army Veteran.
