James Sykes Boyer

BOYER, James 'Dooley' Sykes 81, of Snyder, passed away May 19, 2023. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Gomlak); devoted father of Kimberly (Greg Dietz) Boyer and Jamie (Amy DeStefano) Boyer; admired grandfather of Alexander, Sebastian, Nikolas, May and Emelia; loving son of the late Earl and late Evelyn (nee Sykes) Boyer; dear brother of the late Bill and late Michael; cherished "brother" of Joseph Ferrentino; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and a host of friends. Jim was a member of the CWA #1122, founding member and past President of the Seneca Vocational Alumni Association and also a second father to many. A celebration of Jims life will be held in July.
