James E. Garry

Garry, James E. entered into rest on February 21, 2023. Beloved husband of Mary Faith (nee Stearns) Garry, and former husband of the late Joyce (nee Norton) Garry; devoted father of Kathleen (Clark) Miller, James Garry, David (Cathy) Garry, Susan (Joe) Forcucci and the late Michael Garry; stepfather of Joan (Kerry) Sabo, Jim (Michelle) Smith, Mary Beth (Bill Swan) Smith, and the late Mike Smith. Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; loving son of the late John and Mae (nee OConnor) Garry; dear brother of Sheila Keefe, and the late Maura (Bill) Lauth, Kevin Garry, Eileen (Bob) Graber and Rowen (Pat) Garry; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. (near Lake Ave.) Orchard Park, on Thursday (March 2nd) from 3-7 PM. Funeral Service will follow immediately. Mr. Garry served in the US Army. James was a great softball player (shortstop) into his 70s. And he also was a champion billiards player until he passed away.
