James E. Pellow

PELLOW, James E., AIA Architect "Jim" Of Kenmore, entered into rest on December 18, 2023 after a courageous 5-year battle with cancer. Beloved husband and best friend of 57 years to Mary Ann (nee Laganaro); proud father of James W. and Sean T. (Meri); loving grandfather of Seamus, Paddy, and Santina; brother of Don (late Bobbi), Penny (Dick), Mark (Michele), Marsha (Joe), Dan (late Anne), Mickey (John), and Patrick (Linda). A graduate of Kenmore Eat and the University at Buffalo. Jim served in the Army at West Point as graphic advisor to the facility. After his discharge, he studied architecture at the University at Buffalo and received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. During his career, he became President of the Local Chapter of the AIA and later taught as Assistant Professor of the Architectural Technology School at ECC. He was kind, smart, and always enjoyed working with his clientele. He will be missed and in our hearts forever. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst (near Eggert Rd.) on Wednesday from 3-7PM, where a Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 10 AM.
