RATEL - James R. Of Buffalo, entered into rest April 14, 2023. Beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (nee Smith) Ratel; devoted father of James R. Jr., Matthew J., Daniel P. (Cheryl) Ratel, and Molly E. DeBottis; cherished grandfather of James Joseph DeBottis; loving son of the late Frank and Lillian Ratel, Jr.; dear brother of Frank C. Ratel, III and the late Norman Ratel; also survived by many family and friends.
