of Buffalo, entered into rest on April 4th, 2020. Beloved husband of 30 years to Diane (nee Petersen) Trujillo.; Devoted father of James A. Ortiz, Desiree Ortiz, and the late Micheal Vegas; kind stepfather of David Wheeler, Angela (Jesse) Cook, and Katie (Joe) Thomas; Cherished grandfather of Charlotte, Josiah, Mykie, Kurtis , Rylie, Alyssa, Alexandra and Kaylin; Loving son of Jake and Alice Trujillo, dearest son in law of the late John L. and Josephine Petersen; Dear brother of Allen (Virginia) Trujillo, Marilyn Castillo, Glory Virgil, Wayne (Rita) Trujillo and William (Teresa) Trujillo, kind brother in law of Karen (Kate) Petersen, Joanne (Phil) Whitman, and the late John H. Petersen. Also Survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. No Prior Visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at the convience of the family. Arrangements by Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel). James was very loving, kind and gentle. He always had a positive word to say about everyone. He loved art and being artistic. He will truly be missed.
