Entered into rest March 22, 2016, beloved wife of the late John DeSantis; devoted mother of John (Kathleen) DeSantis, Rita (William) Belzer and Susan (Thomas) Pukalo; cherished grandmother of Lisa (Vernon) Lennon, Lindsay (Brian) Slutzky, Leslie (Christopher) Mitchell and Susan Pukalo; adored great-grandmother of Matthew, Madison, Natalie, Johnny, Barrett, Tanner, Cody and Jake; loving daughter of the late Angelo and Angelina Poliseno; dear sister of Anita (late Raymond) Wisher, Raymond (Joann) Poliseno and the late Dominic (late Bernice) Poliseno, late Ann (late Nick) Gappen and late Linda Eagan; fond sister-in-law of Wiiliam (Ellie) Eagan; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home, 3060 Abbott Road, Orchard Park, NY on Thursday March 31st from 4-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial, Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Friday, April 1st at 10:30 am. Please assemble for prayers at 9:30 am at funeral home. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
