Jean Salerno

SALERNO, Jean (nee Rotondo) of East Amherst formerly of New Jersey and Long Island, entered into rest March 8, 2024. Devoted mother Michelle (Christopher) Papa, Vincent (Kayla), Rocco (Mina), and Michael Salerno; adored nonna of Dominic, Luca, Anthony, Noelle, and step-nonna of Caitlyn and Colin; loving daughter of the late Vincent and Margaret Rotondo; dear sister of Phyllis (Joseph) Gdyk, Kathy Rotondo, and Antonette (James) Taylor; cherished cousin of Filomena (Ilario) Nicoletta; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Tuesday (March 12th) from 4-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will take place at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeans honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
