Obituary

Jeffrey Stephen Hayman
August 2, 1959 - December 23, 2025

Jeffrey Stephen Hayman of Cheektowaga NY, entered into rest December 23, 2025. Jeff is survived by his mother Magdeline Hayman, brother Brad Hayman, sister Tammy (Patrick) Clum, long time companion Lori Wasiewicz and nieces Alicia and Madison Clum. He is predeceased by his father John Hayman.

Jeff was a graduate of Orchard Park High School. He was a dedicated worker at Donner Hanna Coke Plant, Russer and Steuben Foods. Jeff's lifelong enthusiasm for sports was evident by his participation in playing recreational sports: walleyball, football, hockey, basketball, golf and baseball. As a youth he was a little league pitcher and short stop. He also relished being a spectator at various professional sporting events , especially a fan of the Bills and Sabres. Jeff found joy in music by playing the drums in the West Seneca drum and bugle corps. As an avid listener of classic rock he also enjoyed attending live concerts.

A Celebration of Life will be held April 25, 2026 at the Orchard Park United Methodist Church (3700 N Buffalo St, Orchard Park, NY 14127) from 10:00-11:00, where a church service will immediately follow. Family and friends are invited to a luncheon at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeff's honor to Orchard Park United Methodist Church or Roswell Park.
