Beloved wife of the late Charles Kadziolka; devoted mother of Diane Puma and Joyce Kadziolka; cherished grandmother of Joseph (Jennifer) Puma; adored great- grandmother of Chaz Puma; also survived by loving nieces, nephews and two granddogs Missy and Hope.
