LAKEMAN - James C. Of Tonawanda, entered into rest January 31, 2016. Beloved husband of MaryAnn (Accurso) Lakeman; devoted father of James C. (Elizabeth) Lakeman, Michael (Brandy) Lakeman and Melinda (Erick) Pierce; loving Poppy of Victoria, Amelia, Marissa, Jack, Allison and Abigail; dearest brother of Cherylin Lakeman; beloved brother-in-law of Anthony (Mary) Accurso, Camille (Lee) DeMaria and Franny (Bernie) Calkins; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the JOSEPH SPANO & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan (same location as Lombardo Funeral Home) on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Rose of Lima Church, 500 Parker, corner of Parkside Ave. (Please assemble at church).
