Beloved partner of 46 years to Richard Ryan; Devoted mother of Lisa (Bill) Gordon and the late JayLee (Karilyn) Jones; Cherished grandmother of Christopher Marvin; Loving daughter of the late Francis and Mildred Maxsween; Dear sister of Francis (Irene), Doris, Cathy (Jimmy), Georgiana, Denise, and Debbie (Mark). No prior visitation. A Memorial Service to be held at a later date. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel). Please share condolences on Joan's "Tribute Wall".
