HARTER, Joan K. (nee Kirisits) Of Buffalo, entered into rest on February 15, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Petit Harter; devoted step-mother of Rev. William (late Rev. Linda) Harter, Suzanne (Philip) Edwards, Eugene P. Harter, Jr., and Beth (Jack) Hartman; cherished step-grandmother of 12; loving daughter of the late John and Agnes Kirisits; dear sister of the late Theresa (late Edwin) Goetz and the late John (late Nance) Kirisits; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main Street, Snyder (near Harlem Rd.) on Sunday (Feb. 19th) from 2-5 PM.
