(nee Alessandro) Of Amherst, entered into rest August 26, 2014, beloved wife of the late Thomas Ferris; devoted mother of Thomas (Anne) Ferris and Jennifer (Terry) Tredinnick; cherished nana of Alexis, Torianna, Jayce and Nico; loving daughter of the late Angelo and Jenny Alessandro; dear sister of Natale (Marie) Alessandro, the late Carmen, Catherine (late Leo) Favata, Joseph (late Joyce) and Vincent. Joanne is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. No prior visitation.
