(nee Borrelli) Boland; Devoted father of Kelly Ann (Michael) Korak, Gina Marie (Michael) Daley, Patrick Wayne (Heather) Boland, and Maria Elena (Patrick) Peterson; dear stepfather of Nicole (James) Brandt; Cherished grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; Loving son of the late John E. and Catherine (nee Wheelock) Boland; also survived by many loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday, April 15 from 4-7 PM where a prayer service will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to the Alzheimer's Association. John was a Police Officer at the University of Buffalo and served as a member of the Army National Guard.
