BORCZYNSKI - John L. "Papa" Of North Tonawanda, entered into rest July 13, 2022. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Vann) Borczynski; devoted father of Kelley (Richard) Dawson and Thomas (Heidi) Dawes; cherished grandfather of Samantha Dawson, Alexys Dawson, Richard (Lilly) Dawson, Jonathan (Echo) Dawson, Tommy Dawes, Joey Dawes, Jessica (Matthew) Antonelli, Jack Dashnaw and nine great-grandchildren; dear brother of Norma (Frank) Bellezza, Cynthia (late Frank) Fries, Elena (Richard) Vorwerk, James (Sue) Borczynski, and the late Sonny Borczynski, Carol (late Joseph) Pedini, Ronald (Peggy) Borczynski, Frederick (Sharon) Borczynski and Wayne (Ursula) Borczynski; also survived by his beloved Chocolate Lab Maggie. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Sunday (July 17) from 2-5PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Christophers RC Church, 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda on Monday morning at 9:30 AM. (Please assemble at Church.) Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made in Johns name to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or St. Christophers Outreach, both in which he was a very involved member. John was also an original member of St. Christophers Knights of Columbus and a very proud US Marine. He was loved by friends and acquaintances and will be sadly missed by all.
