(nee Schreiber) Chmielewski; devoted father of Renee Bax and Eric Chmielewski; cherished grandfather of Bryce and Jenna; loving son of the late Eugene and Alice (nee Nusall) Chmielewski; dear brother of Paul (Jane) Chmielewski and Rosemary (Gerald) Kalobius; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. Private Service. John served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel).
