Beloved companion of Cindy Kaasa; loving son of the late Jose and Lucille Delgado; dear brother of Richard (Rosemarie) Delgado and the late Fabian Delgado; cherished stepbrother of Latisha Rodriguez, Jose (Charlene) Sanchez, Nydia Sanchez, and Yolanda Sanchez; also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
