KAITANOWSKI, John D. of Hamburg, entered into rest December 28, 2025. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Sanly) Kaitanowski; devoted father of Joseph (Zeina), Nicholas (Kristina), Luke Kaitanowski; cherished grandfather of Jamie, Alex, Anna, Ava, Pearce, Cole, Kennedy, Logan, and Kyle; adored great-grandfather of 4; loving son of the late John and Connie Kaitanowski; dear brother of the late Gregory Kaitanowski; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Monday (January 5th) from 2-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose Worship Site) 65 Ridgewood Rd., South Buffalo on Tuesday morning at 9:30 o’clock. Please assemble at Church. Interment St. Matthew’s Cemetery. John was a United States Marine Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s honor may be made to Roswell Park.
