PAWLIK - John J. Of West Seneca, entered into rest May 26, 2017. Beloved husband of 68 years to Marie R. (nee Luthi) Pawlik; devoted father of Jack (Lynne) Pawlik, Mary Beth (Bob) Ogle, Larry (Dassy) Pawlik, Elaine (Mark) Hillery, Gary (Susan) Pawlik and the late Linda Marie Pawlik; cherished grandfather of Michael (Emily), Claire, Charlie, Alannah, Erin, William, Alexandria, Emily, Madalyn and Alexander; great-grandfather of John Michael and Ann Marie; loving son of the late John and Mary Pawlik; dear brother of the late Steven, Leonard, Chester and Adolf. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose Worship Site), 65 Ridgewood Rd., South Buffalo on Wednesday morning at 11:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. Mr. Pawlik was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a retired Buffalo Fireman.
