Of Buffalo, entered into rest January 8, 2014 at the age of 65. Dear father of Kimmy Jane and Katherine Schmidt; cherished grandfather of Troy Schmidt-Hergert; devoted son of the late John W. and Violet (nee Delos Santos) Schmidt Jr.; loving brother of Barbara (Victor) Oliveri, Sandra Perrone and the late David Schmidt and Robert Schmidt; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Schmidt was a Marine Corps veteran.
