Devoted father of Aaron (Amanda) Slawicz; cherished grandfather of Avery and Abigail; loving son of the late Paul and Rosemarie Slawicz; dear brother of Debra (Buddy) Burke, Kathy Busch, and the late Diana (Sergio) Pochron-Alvarenga and Joanne (Kevin) Kosowski; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery. John was a United States Air Force Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Johns honor to DAV (Disabled American Veterans Charity).
