August 17, 1952 - May 2, 2024 Of Lackawanna, NY, formerly of Gaston, SC, entered peacefully into rest on May 2, 2024. Devoted father of Tracy Lynn (Jacob) Johnson, Jason A. (Kathy) Suwala, Michael A. Suwala, and the late John "Jake" Suwala; cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren; loving son of Emma Suwala and the late Stanley Suwala; dear brother of Thomas (Joyce) Suwala, and Robert Suwala. Also survived and loved by many nieces, nephews, and many close friends. Cherished member of the VFW Weber Post 898 in Lackawanna, NY. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Road, near Lake Ave. on Monday (May 6) from 3-7 PM, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday morning at 10 oclock.
