Age 52, of North Buffalo, passed suddenly on December 25, 2024. Devoted husband of the late Lance Formolo; loving son of Daniel A. and Sharon M. (nee Kirsch) Warner; dear brother of Kathleen Sokan and Dr. Daniel A. Warner; cherished uncle of Samantha (Justin), Miranda (Casey), Jason, Zachary and Marcella; adored great-uncle of James, Blake and Palmer; also survived by extended family, pets and friends. Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home, (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr., on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. A mass of christian burial will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Church, 85 Dakota St., Buffalo, on Friday, January 3rd at 10 a.m., (please assemble at church).
