Beloved husband of Damaris (nee Rivera) Ortiz; devoted father of Solcrystal (Nelson) Vega, Jose L., Jr. (Laura) Ortiz, and Albert (Shelia Santiago) Ortiz; cherished grandfather of Aleyandel, Natalia, Natalia, Michelle, Albert, Audriana, Noah, Carly, and Evelyn; loving son of the late Alfredo and Carmen Ortiz; dear brother of Juan (Teresa) Jimenez, George (Mirna) Ortiz, Alfredo Ortiz, Edwin Ortiz, Albert Ortiz, Manuel Tony (Cecelia) Ortiz, late Delilah Ortiz, and the late Maria Ortiz; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
