CHARNISKY - Joseph S. Of Lackawanna, entered into rest May 4, 2016. Beloved father of Karlea; loving son of Joseph III and Debra Charnisky, Cindy (Fred) Laurich; devoted brother of Shawn N. and Candice; dearest uncle of Shawn Jr. and Ava; cherished grandson of Joseph (late Geraldine) Charnisky Jr., the late Alvin and Muriel Schaefer, and the late Norman and Emma Jean Kolodziejzak; fond fiance of Eden V. Barber; dear nephew of Diane M. Campbell; also survived by many relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Saturday (May 14th) from 10-1 PM, funeral service will immediately follow. Joe was an avid outdoorsman with a kind and loving heart. He will be dearly missed by everyone he touched. Until we meet again "may the peace of the wilderness be with you!"
