Joseph Edward Davis, lovingly known as "Joe," entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 27, 2024, following a brief illness. Joe was born on February 14, 1946, in Vicksburg MS, one of eight children born to the late Wilbert Davis and Hattie Garrett Davis. A dedicated student, Joe graduated from Seneca Vocational High School in Buffalo NY before earning a masters degree from the University of New York at Buffalo.
