EVANS - Joseph H., Sr. Of Amherst, entered into rest September 16, 2015. Beloved husband of Kelly E. (nee Murdock) Evans; devoted father of Joseph H. Jr. "Joe Bud", Nathaniel A. and Savannah L. Evans; loving son of Patricia (John) Belknap and Clifford (Carol) Evans; dear brother of Jean Dawson (Erik), Michael (Holly) Evans and Kelly (Michael) Schuder; cherished uncle of Michael, Hope, Emma, McKenna, Patrick and Jacob; dearest grandson of Skip Johnson and the late William and Anna Evans, Howard "Poppy" and Jean Haney; son-in-law of Dan and Lynn Barone; also survived by stepbrothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, relatives and many friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday from 2-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of Christians Chapel, 4125 Union Rd. at Genesee St., Cheektowaga on Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock.
