YAKOVAC - Joseph J. Of Hamburg, entered into rest June 18, 2017. Beloved husband of 57 years to Mary E. (nee Enright) Yakovac; devoted father of Marygrace (Bruce) Miller, Jean (Timothy) Yakovac-Wright, Joseph F. (Joanne) Yakovac and Maureen Yakovac; cherished grandfather of Rachel Miller, Clark Miller, Grant Miller, Michael Wright, Catherine Wright, Connor Yakovac, Joseph Yakovac, Matthew Yakovac, Molly Burgan and Olivia Burgan; loving son of the late Frank and Mary Yakovac; dear brother of Frank (late Carol) Yakovac, Dorothy (late Alfred) Levulis, Thomas (Joyce) Yakovac and the late Ann (late Leo) Bek; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Saturday morning (June 24th) at 10 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Mr. Yakovac was an Army veteran of the Korean War. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's name to Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park.
