(nee Sfeir) and the late Elias D. Joseph; dear brother of Regina, Gregory (Patricia), Rosemary and Dolores Joseph; fond nephew of Sr. Martha Joseph, SSJ; also survived by relatives and many, many friends. Mr. Joseph was a retired Erie County Sheriff.
