Beloved husband of Michelle SimpsonMcKinnon; devoted father of Danetta McKinnon, John (Natoscha) McKinnon, Jerry (Rachel) Simon, Antoinette Amos and his fur baby, Caesar; adored grandfather of 12 grandchildren; cherished greatgrandfather of six great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Wonderful and Rose Lee McKinnon; dear brother of Virlee Townsel and the late Arthur (late Dorothy) McKinnon, late Earnest Z. (Berthenia) McKinnon and the late Cora Lee (late Nathaniel) Harrington. He is also survived by many dear relatives and friends. Joseph was a proud member of law enforcement for the state of New York for over 28 years. Friends and relatives may gather Wednesday 10 AM - 12 PM at True Bethel Baptist Church, 907 E.
