Joseph A. Urbino

Of Cheektowaga, entered into rest June 13, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Christopher) Urbino; loving son of the late Augustino and Rita (nee Granelli) Urbino; dear brother of Samuel (late Theresa) Urbino, Amelia (late Albert) Portera, Augustine (Diane) Urbino, Louis (late Judy) Urbino and the late Alex (late Concetta) Urbino, Nancy (late Frank) Lleras, Anthony (late Rose) Urbino, George (late Carol) Urbino and Anna Urbino; cherished brother-in-law of Angela Christopher; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Urbino was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the Teamsters Local 375 for many years. He was also an avid sportsman. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Monday (June 19) from 2-7PM, where prayers will be held on Tuesday morning at 9AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church at 10AM. Entombment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephs name to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or Hospice Foundation.
