MINEO - Josephine (nee Acquisto) Of Amherst, entered into rest January 6, 2017, beloved wife of the late Frank J. Mineo; devoted mother of Frank C. (Nancy) Mineo, Thomas L. (Susan) Mineo and James (Rosalyn) Mineo; cherished grandmother of Thomas J. Mineo, Jennifer Baum and Michael Mineo; adored great-grandmother of five great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Anthony and Leonarda Acquisto; dear sister of Leonarda Acquisto and the late Louis Acquisto, Lucy Lombardo and Russell Lombardo; also survived by many relatives and friends. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Christopher's Church, 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda on Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church).
